Progressive's Enterprise Technology group not only consists of developing platforms used at offices throughout the United States, but also developing the latest telecom technology.
Telecom is not just about phone lines at Progressive. Our call-center technology is the heart of what we do. Though many policies are purchased and serviced via the Internet, most of our interactions occur over the phone. In fact, many customers conduct part of their purchase on the Internet and part on the phone. We want to provide those choices. Creative and productive telecom programs have kept our offices connected to one another, to independent agents who sell our insurance, and to our policyholders.
