Human Resources
Progressive's Human Resources team serves the needs of Progressive people across the country in such areas as:
Benefits
As a benefits administrator or analyst, you will research, analyze, design and modify benefits programs to meet the company's objectives and our people's needs. You will develop administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve delivery of our programs.
If you are detail-oriented and a problem solver, a customer-service area within Benefits, Progressive's Human Resource Service Center (HRSC), welcomes your contributions. The HRSC provides customer service and guidance to Progressive people on a variety of issues such as benefits, payroll, maternity leave and retirement.
Because relocation is sometimes necessary as the result of a promotion, lateral transfer, new hire or change in business needs, your skills might align with Progressive's Relocation positions, which assist with all the details of an employee's move.
